Our policy is 14 days term. If 14 days have gone by since the date of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, no exceptions. To complete your return, please e-mail us at email@example.com to receive a return form. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns, no exceptions.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All tags must still be attached to the item(s) being returned. Items that have been washed or dry cleaned, containing pet hair, cigarette, perfume or any other odors, or altered in any way, will NOT be accepted for return. No exceptions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Mia Boutique & Market will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If you send back an item that does not qualify for a return then you will be responsible to call and pay a return shipping charge of $11.00.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank or credit card institution. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted, which Mia Boutique & Market has no control over. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale and clearance items are final and cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Due to very limited quantities, Mia Boutique & Market cannot guarantee your item(s) to be in stock. You will need to purchase your new item first, then return the item you are exchanging.

Mia Boutique & Market will notify you via e-mail when your item has shipped, along with the USPS tracking number.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable since that is a service that has been used. Refund will be given for cost of item(s) only. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Mia Boutique & Market cannot guarantee receipt of item. Mia Boutique & Market is not responsible for shipping institution’s service. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
